We are looking a remote clinic assistant for our administrative tasks. (e.g. making appointments, receiving clients, billing).
Customer contact via telephone and email (including making appointments, advising on therapies, recall appointments)Clinic and office organisation (including cashiering, supplier relations, documents, goods handling)
Operation of patient information system (including registration of new patients, administration of patient data, contact with health insurance companies and service providers)
Supporting treatments (including preparing and organising treatment rooms, assisting with treatments, disposing of medical materials, preparing for operations)
Completed training as medical practice assistant, hotel specialist, beautician or similar.
Knowledge of the usual EDP programmes, additional experience in dealing with Apple MAC, CRM or FIBU programmes would be an advantage
Mother language German spoken and written, very good English spoken and written. Other languages an advantage
Excellent communication and empathy skills.
Diplomatic handling of problems of all kinds, absolute discretion and trustworthiness
Organisational talent, initiative and flexibility Willingness to cooperate
