Who we are:

Since 2008 ERGA.TI.KAT S.A. specialises in the provision of integrated Telecommunication and Electrical Mechanical solutions, including specialised constructions and maintenance services.

Our Telecommunication Services department offers a varying set of telecommunications services including maintenance, expansion and modernization of telecommunications infrastructure.


Overview of the role:

We are looking for an Account Manager to be part of the strategic team for our Fiber Optics construction projects in Germany.

The role requires a manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Managers role is to oversee the portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients, actively seek new sales opportunities and liaison between the client and our technical team in order to ensure excellent communication and proper delivery of the assigned projects.



  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering , or Economics/Business Administration.
  • Εxcellent command of the German language (Native Speaker).
  • Highly Analytical.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • 1-3 years of working experience in a relevant position.
  • Willingness to travel abroad (30%).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced MS PowerPoint, Word & Excel skills.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Independence and a careful way of working.
  • Team leader spirit and advanced managerial skills.
  • Time management skills.



  • Business Development.
  • Technical / Commercial Presentation of the company and / or approach to projects.
  • Understand and oversee the client’s process and align the internal functions accordingly.
  • Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
  • Prepare reports on account status.
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
