We are looking for people who want to join our technical support squads – to make our clients happy by helping them to keep their IT, services and computers in good shape. We do B2B work only! You will be handling incoming requests – calls, emails, and tickets, fixing user’s cases, dealing with other teams, participating in knowledge updates, process improvements – and more.


  • Language: ability to speak and write in German B2 level along with communicative English
  • User’s experience with computers – don’t be worried, we will train you to become an expert!
