The Scheduler/Planner will be responsible for the development, implementation and management of the Integrated Master Schedule for the program as well as assisting with the development of the schedules sub-projects and capability elements as they mature.
The Scheduler/Planner is to generate and distribute a range of reports that provide key project status information to the project team and other identified stakeholders.
Duties & Responsibilities
Establish and manage the Schedule and Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB)
Engage with project managers and team members to integrate project schedule into the Program IMS
Integrate supplier and subcontractor schedules
Produce resource and time reporting
Analyze and update budget and expenditure in the Integrated Master Schedule
Provide SME advice to PMO and Project Managers
Qualifications, skills, and experience
The Scheduler must have advanced skills in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel.
Essential Requirements and qualifications
Degree qualification in Business, Engineering, Quantity Surveying or Cost Engineering.
Minimum 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a Project Controls role, or similar.
Experience in Mining, Resources, Industrial or Manufacturing contracts.
Strong computer skills, including experience in the use of financial management systems (SAP, etc), Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office advanced level.
