We are seeking to recruit Mechanical engineer for administration secretary position.

The individual appointed the job holds a key role in the organization process of the company and the daily operational needs.

Handling the call center, dealing with all the main company’s procedures and daily tasks, responsible for customer service.

The individual must be well organized, communicative, a team player, seeking for personal development with the desire to evolve professionally.


Required qualifications:

  • Diploma from either ΑΕΙ or TEI or IEK or similar (i.e. mechanical engineering)
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language both written and oral (C1 level).
  • Excellent PC literacy, very good knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, Access etc).
  • Previous experience in elevator sector.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in environment requesting focus on details, speed, accuracy, multitask and work under pressure.
  • Very concentrated, organized, adaptable, discrete, polite.
  • Excellent communication skills with partners and clients in Greece and abroad.
  • Cad drawing skills (AutoCad, Fine19).


Main Accountabilities Include:

  • Full secretarial support.
  • Technical – financial projects survey (quotations).
  • Order/request system listing.
  • Timetable setting for order delivery.
  • Customer service.
