As a Waiter/Waitress your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Delivering a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their time and received high quality service experience.
Greeting and interacting with guests, presenting menus and taking drink and food orders.
Communicating with the kitchen department and delivering food and beverage to guests in accordance with set hotel standards.Αssuring prompt and friendly service following the health code standards with regards to the handling of food. Ensuring the timely delivery of accurate food orders.
Processing cash and credit card payments
Maintaining table cleanliness. Assisting in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
Remaining attentive to guests’ needs while providing an above-and-beyond experience
