As a Customer Support you will:

• Support of all customers’ requests in German by multiple communication channels (phone, email and chat)
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns with empathy at all times
• Track and follow cases to ensure they closed in an efficient and timely manner
• Work towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets

What do you need:

• You are native German speaker
• You are English speaker (min. B1 level)
• You like to learn
