Construction Site Manager

Since 2002 ERGA.TI.KAT S.A has specialised in the provision of integrated Telecommunication and Electrical Mechanical solutions including cutting-edge and specialised ICT constructions.

We are currently looking for a full-time Construction Site Manager to join our team in Germany. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Civil Engineer and experience in the field of Fiber Optic Projects.

Key Responsibilities:·

• Supervise daily activities and operations of the construction project.
• Review the provided network plans
• Assignment, coordination, monitoring and billing of subcontracting services.
• Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, drawings)
• Ensure works are performed on time,while maintaining high-quality levels.
• Comply with safety guidelines and state regulations.
• Creation and delivery of technical reports and documentation.
• Management of escalations/customer complaints.
• Project monitoring, such as reporting, control, schedule tracking, progress records and photos.
• Constantly review the build quality achieved with the team ensuring that the client’s requirements in this regard are fully met.

Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Electric – Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline
• 1-2 years of working experience in a relevant position
• Strong command of the German language
• Excellent command of the English language
• Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with drawing/GIS tools (will be considered a plus)
