As a Customer Support you will:

• Interact effectively with existing customers of the company via phone, E-mails or Chat in Italian language
• Handle customers issues with patience and empathy
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (e.g. “My mobile device is broken, what can I do?”; “I’m not able to sign in to my device”; “I am having trouble setting up my device; “I want to learn how to use my client account”)

What do we expect:

• Fluency in Italian (C2 – native level)
• Good command of English (min. B2 level)
• You are located in Greece or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything

• Full time, fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
