As a Customer Support you will:

• Interact effectively with existing customers of the company via phone, E-mails or Chat in Polish language
• Handle customers issues with patience and empathy
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (e.g.  I want to buy a new device  and I want to know the differences before buying; I just bought the new device and I want to know how to?; I want to buy new phone and  I would like to know where I can pick it up at a stationary store; I would like to buy the equipment and I would like to know when it will be available for sale online)
• Work for one of the best recognizable all over the world premium brand – Apple!

What do we expect:

• Fluency in Polish (C2 – native level)
• Good command of English (min. C1 level)
• You are located anywhere in Greece or you are ready to relocate
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Quick start date: 2.08 & 16.08
• Full time, fixed-term, Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
  First contract is for 3 months with possibility of prolongation
• Working schedule time frames: Monday – Friday 10:00 – 19:00 or 11:00 – 20:00 (Greek time)
• Competitive monthly gross salary: 1050€+ 2 additional salaries per year + possible bonus up to 200€
  In total on average: from 1225€ – 1425€ per month
• Public + private health insurance coverage
• Due to the current situation, we offer fully remote work system (you can be anywhere in Greece)
• Equipment necessary for work will be sent to your home
• If you are willing to relocate, the company pays for your flight ticket, 2-weeks hotel on arrival and support of real estate agency
