The Opportunity:

We’re seeking an experienced Leisure Travel Advisor to join our Leisure Team within our Airport Preveza office. This opportunity is responsible for providing the successful completion of leisure travel arrangements for our valuableclients.

Responsibilities:

Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of new and existing business
Build a client base through socialmedia and direct marketing, local events and personal networking
Sell strategic supplier products
Plan itineraries, book tickets and arrange travel accommodations and services
Research and provide solutions to client travel related problems
Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
Continue education via internal programs, and through travel industry supplier training
Qualifications:

2+ years travel industry or agency experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business, travel and tourism education preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated professional customer service skills
Ability to work weekends when needed
Resident of the Lefkada-Preveza, area
Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources
Proven pursuit of learning and self-development
Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity
Capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
Effective oral and written communications skills
Organizational skills that result in high productivity
Preferred Qualifications:

Familiar with PMS-CM-social media app’s
CloudBase software knowledge
