Job Description

  • Inbound, outbound phone calls and email correspondence solving simple customer concerns
  • Coordination of activities between customers and partners
  • Developing the FAQ
  • Tracking customer behaviour
  • Basic troubleshooting
  • Collecting customer’s feedback and responding to customer’s reviews

Candidate Profile

  • Conscientious individual, team player with a strong work ethic
  • Customer oriented mindset
  • Analytical thinker with a desire for constant self-development
  • Exceptionally good command of the Italian language
  • Previous experience in any type of customer support
