This project if for Pandora (jewelry company)

As a Customer Support you will:

• Support of all customers requests in German by multiple communication channels (email, chat and phone)
• Maintain solid customer relationships by handling their inquiries and concerns (i.e., order upselling, troubleshooting, fraud order and returns)
• Be knowledgeable about given promotions and inform customers about new offers
• Answers questions like: Where is my order? / How can I can a refund? / What are your shipping options and delivery times? / How should I care for my jewelry?

What do you need:

• Fluency in German (C2 – native)
• Communicative English (min. B1)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Starting date: 19/04
• Competitive monthly salary: 1200€ gross + 2 additional salaries per year (In total approx.1200-1300€ per month)
• Training completion: 100€
• Bonus after 6 months: 300€
• Full time, fixed-term Greek employment contract in accordance with Greek labor law
• Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
• All necessary work equipment (telephone, computer etc.) is provided by the employer
• Public + private health insurance coverage
• Fully remote work system – you can be anywhere in Greece
• NOT require previous experience, training is provided at the beginning of the work (paid by employer)
