CONCIERGE AGENT IN MYKONOS

REQUIREMENTS:
– Degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism or relevant field
– 2+ years of professional experience in Hospitality, preferably in Mykonos
– Excellent command of Greek and English. French, German will be considered an asset
– Excellent level of customer care service and interpersonal skills. Immediate, polite and targeted
communication
– Understanding of the demanding segment of high-end tourism market, as well as the high
standards of discerning guests
– Organizational skills
– Team player
– Computer skills: Excellent user of MS Office (word, excel), Internet, Outlook
– Driving license & Car
– Prior work experience in concierge, sales, front desk, villa rentals will be considered an advantage

DUTIES:
– Meet & Greet, Check-in/out
– High level communication with our guests before their arrival and during their stay (24/7 guest
support)
– Personalized and bespoke concierge services prior to arrival and during guests’ stay (itinerary, VIP
reservations, private chef, yacht cruises, private jet, helicopter, car rentals, driver, private transfers,
spa, security, baby sitting, unique experiences, event planning, etc.)
– Catering to the guests’ needs by assisting them with all kinds of requests
– Ensuring that all guests’ needs are met, asking for feedback, aiming to the highest guest
satisfaction
– Updating Excel databases with reservation and services details
– Quality check and inspection of the Villas, before guests’ arrival
– Social media advertising – Posting of photos and/or videos
