ΠΕΡΙΓΡΑΦΗ

PAMINO’S GROUP, a leading provider of innovative & luxury products in Greece and abroad having the goal to help customers be competitive and achieve rapid growth rates through a new professional concept that creatively unites manufacturers, suppliers, and customers, is looking for an Executive Sales Representative.

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in Greece and abroad.
  • Responsible for maintaining and expanding the company’s customer base.
  • Responsible for building relationships with clients, negotiating, closing deals with wholesalers, stores, trade representatives and meeting sales targets.
  • Monitors the progress of products in the market and proposes timely actions to better promote them.
  • Proposes corrective actions in order to increase sales as well as supports the new products’ launches in accordance with the strategic development plan.
  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, support, problem solving and building trustworthy long-lasting business relations.
  • Responsible for collaboration with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of proven work experience in B2B sales and Business Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel-word etc.), internet browsing, social media, etc
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in negotiating and closing deals
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Dynamic, ambitious and pleasant personality
  • Genuine desire to grow and excel
  • Personal mean of transport (car, bike, etc)
