SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit
Restaurant Manager
for season 2024 for the Nikki Beach Porto Heli Resort & Spa.
Key tasks and responsibilities
- Leads day-to-day restaurant operation
- Improves restaurant’s financial performance and guest satisfaction indicators
- Participates in food tasting and implementation of menus and wine lists
- Recruits and assists in the training of employees
- Evaluates employee performance
- Delivers excellent levels of customer service; responds to all guest requests and complaints.
- Conducts accurate inventories monthly
- Oversees storage and weekly orders
- Ensures that health and safety standards are being met and that all employees work in a safe environment
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management
- Previous working experience in a similar position, in a 5-star resort.
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. A second language will be considered an asset.
- Positive attitude, hospitality oriented, passion for excellence
- Self-motivation, excitement and exceptional communication and team-building skills
- Experience in monitoring financial performance will be considered a plus
- Outstanding communication abilities, strong leadership, stress management and financial skills (budgeting, forecasting)
- Pleasant personality, passionate about the job and focused on providing high-quality results.
